ARAMEX Staff dishonest

Terrible Service with Edith and the whatsapp number, who lies when everything is in writing. I received a message this morning to say that delivery will take place, then I called to advise to please be there at 11am, Edith confirmed in writing that it is in order she will arrange with the driver, the driver then according to the tracking went to the house at 9h40 and did not call, and left, I then waited an hour for the driver at 11 am as arranged and no one came, when I called again Edith again said she cant confirm a time with me, then I tried calling her and apparently she called me the same time and then I received a message to say delivery rescheduled for Monday and it is medical supplies that must be in the fridge, I then called and called and called and JHB branch refused to assist or answer my calls. How can we trust Aramex delivery if we have such bad service when their staff commit to an arrangement and then dont adhere to it
