ARAMEX SPRINGS/KWATHEMA

Good day. I'd like to write this review about Aramex springs/kwaThema branch. My understanding is that parcels are supposed to be delivered at the recipient's door, but everytime I've used aramex services a lady called Bongi will deliver my parcel at the security gate (we live in a gated neighborhood). She recently told me that she does not want to wait at the gate to be allowed to come in because it "takes time". I understand if there's no one at home to receive the parcel but it's frustrating for me to have to walk a long distance or even drive to get my parcel when I've already paid for their services. Previously, I walked to the gate and it too me more time than it would have taken her to drive to my house and she was waiting for me at the gate. Logic tells me that she waisted more time that day waiting instead of driving. Is this how aramex does things? Don't you allow for waiting at the gate when you look at your vehicle tracker?
