Aramex spoiled Christmas

Aramex SUCKS!! The WORST service ever with the rudest and most impatient staff. I don't even know why Aramex has the tracking option as my parcel was last updated on the 5th... I have been waiting for the past month for my Shein parcel to be delivered. I even ordered BEFORE Black Friday. My colleague ordered a week after me and her parcel was delivered 2 weeks ago.... My previous orders was delivered through Buffalo without hassles and also at way less import taxes with the actual correct weight. SUPER disappointed as I do not even need the stuff I ordered any longer.
