Aramex South Afrika Mistake

I am so disappointed in Aremax South Africa!!! I do send on average 5 parcels a day!!! My parcel went to the wrong address and their vehicle got hijacked in Johannesburg. As I am not insured with the dropbox system, I understand in normal circumstances you wont get compromised for the bag and its contend. The reason why I am so disappointed is that Aremax labeled my bag incorrectly with their label and somebodies else's address so my client in Mitchells Plain got somebody else's bag and she returned it to the rightful owner meanwhile our bag was on route to Johannesburg. I was also following up via messenger, and no feedback from Aremax as where the parcel were. After numerous attempts to contact them I got rep**** sorry my parcel was hijacked in Johannesburg nothing they can do because it wasn't insured . My Problem with them Is that they don't take any responsibility at all, even if it was their fault that they labeled my bag incorrectly and wasn't even supposed to end up in Johannesburg as they made the mistake with the labeling of my parcel!!! How Fair is that???????
