Aramex South Africa - Worst courier company

Worst courier company that I dealt with up to date, easily. No support system, nobody that takes responsibility for enquiries. Just get transferred to next person to wait another ten minutes before phone gets answered, just to get transferred again. No customer service at all. On the phone all day with nothing to show. Very frustrated.
