Aramex South Africa worse courier service

Worse service of all couriers service. I bought something overseas 3 month I still waiting for it. When I phone I am told it's with customers got clearance and I have since requested an invoice for payments. It has not come through. I phone frequently and I am told that my emails, which is impossible. You will never get feedback until you phone them again and again. I phone today the lady says she does not have access to send me the email she will send to me on Monday and I must phone them if I don't receive the email really!!! Worse courier services.
