ARAMEX SOUTH AFRICA- The courier company who doesn't care about their clients or delivery goods safely and intact.

I am still waiting for Aramex to get back to me about me destroyed packages. The ones that were deliberate probably stood on or smacked into the ground, so that hardy plastic bottles were smashed.

But it seems that Aramex is definitely not interested in their clients complaints, or the fact that we are very dissatisfied. It is because you are one of the leaders in the industry??? Or is the money you make more important than customer service.

I have read so many other reviews of disgruntled clients. And I must confess that I am sorely disappointed. When I call any Aramex office I hold on for 30 minutes or more (never shorter) and I have to listen to all the wonderful promises made by Aramex South Africa, but all those promises are empty.
