Aramex South Africa - terrible service

What a shame that Shein used this courier this time. I have had the worse service trying to find answers about my parcel. The order arrived in SA in 13Dec, yet they claim the parcel is beging delayed by the airline holding it. What a load of hogwash. No airline will hold a parcel unless it’s not paid. I need answers asap.
