Aramex South Africa, taking incompetence to an art form.

Aramex have to be one of the most *********** courier companies in South Africa. They were instructed to collect the goods and have them delivered to one of the SADEC countries as a matter of urgency. They collected the goods in question, however I have now found out that the goods are still in their warehouse and they have not bothered to send them over 2 weeks later. This is in spite of the fact that last week they were contacted to find out why the goods hadn't been delivered yet. Their response was basically " ooops we are very sorry and will have them delivered as a matter of urgency." They are still on their premises.
