Aramex South Africa should be banned from courier services.

Lost parcel, no contact details!! Worst courier company ever!! After numerous efforts to try and contact Aramex, somebody sent me an email with the promise to find my parcel. No response after that and my parcel is gone!! I have lost income due to this service, as this was mask samples for a contract. Needless to say, no masks no business. People, please do not use this useless, untraceable company. With no contact details and only a AL bot available on emails, I have also lost the money I spent on the masks.
