Aramex South Africa services are below the barrel. Horrible beyond measure.

I was supposed to get my parcel today before 17:00 after making several calls between them and Postnet. Majority of the agents who answered calls sounded nonchalant and just answered with giving no information. One agent called later and promised that my parcel will be delivered and it's in its way. WhatsApp agent also confirmed it and I'm still without it. 72 hours has passed and I'm stuck. No one is saying anything nor at least giving me details of the third party that's with my parcel. The services sucks and doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'm furious with no help. The website states that no deliveries are done over the weekend and it's Friday as I type this. What a horrible experience. Try courier guy or pep. Don't ever consider them for sending out your parcels.
