My parcel came from China and has been held in customs since 2nd of December I sent all the documents they needed which is my bank Statement of proof of payment and invoice from my supplier to the guy called Gunter Coetzee .

After 2 days this guy responds requesting for my invoice in which I’ve sent to him in the first place. He then said I will get a responds within 3-5 days till this day no response from the custom it’s gone over 3 weeks now

I paid for my parcel which is synthetic hair with my own money not yours why can’t your’ll release my parcel ?!

I sent a mail today morning and again now still no response till this day i have not received my hair and I’m so frustrated.
