Aramex South Africa Poor service provider in the world!

I still haven't received my parcel that was sent in the 1st of June I have used over R200 to track my parcel ,I'm being directed from pillar to post the staff and customer service tell me they will get back to me but they never do that ,in the end they don't pick my calls all I want us my parcel ,then I won't use their service again or even recommend it to anyone if there was an award for poor service Aramex South Africa takes the cup ,they do not care about clients not at all!
