Aramex South Africa Poor service

I have been waiting for my parcel with tracking number -***. Their driver called on Wednesday to inform me that they were on their way to deliver I made arrangements so that they can find someone at home and the parcel was not delivered. I called the driver later in the evening to find out what happened and he told me he had flat tyre. On Thursday their call centre called to inform me that my parcel will be delivered the same day and I made arrangements again and no show again. I made a follow on their live chat and I was promised that Friday (13-10-2023) the parcel will be delivered and NOTHING. My parcel arrived in the country on the 3rd and 11 days later I'm still getting lame excuses (PATHETIC). THIS IS NOT A COURIER COMPANY THAT ONE CAN RELY ON
