Aramex South Africa Poor service delivery

I have a company that imports products from overseas for my business. I have used various agents to clear my products but Aramex seems to be missing the point on professional service. I have a parcel that arrived on the 25th July 2021 and to date I have not been able to have my products cleared or to have an invoice for taxes sent to me. This is extremely poor service delivery as we need the products to trade with. Today I spoke to Neil Subramoney and I am hoping that something will come of getting my shipment.
