Aramex South Africa poor service and responsibility

Parcel sent from Empangeni to Joburg. Delivered to incorrect address in Johannesburg. Aramex will not give me the address to which it was delivered. Person responsible for error and Sisande in 'backline' has made no progress or given any update. Several phone calls. Customer service helpful with listening to complaint - will 'escalate'. No insurance on drop box. One month, no feed back, no parcel
