Aramex South Africa poor service

I have not had such terrible service, they lost my package. They are refusing to help me. The service agent Talent, even ignored my requests for service. I am very disappointed. I was still supposed to pay for the package, so now the company I ordered the goods from is out of pocket and I am without my package.
