ARAMEX SOUTH AFRICA. POOR SERVICE

Aramex South Africa is one useless courier company. My parcel was sent on Monday from Midrand. To my surprise it was only delivered today and when I opened the packaging it was wrong parcel. I tried to trace the parcel online with no positive feedback. I then tried to call the customer service, I couldn’t get through.
