Aramex South Africa pathetic service.

I have 3 parcels that was sent too aramex Durban hub and sent another one today the 3 parcels were sent to a 3rd party agent and was told they would deliver. I then advised them too let me collect it at the branch. They said once the 3rd party agent returns it and advise when I could collect it. After talking too them a from aramex gave me a call and said she will phone the guy and will advise shortly as too when the parcels will be returned back. She called me 5 minutes later and said that the guy would return the parcels today which was 3 parcels. I have messaged them on Twitter with no response. The parcels are worth are hefty amount of money and aramex doesn't seem too care whatsoever. They said I could collect tomorrow morning. However no one answers their phone. I am 1 hour away from them I have no problem collecting it. If I go there and they don't have my parcels who do I go too who do I reach out too? This is the worst courier experience ever. One of the worst courier services in SA. I do not recommend this courier company too anyone. They will take the parcel and not deliver it too you and act like they doing you a favour. This is totally ****. I urge hellopeter too help me in regards too this.
