Aramex South Africa no good at all for SA!

Been waiting for a week now for an overnight parcel, main center to main center and since last week Thursday no one has an answer where it is. During lockdown 4 one of my parcels was tampered with, bags was swithed cause we do keep track on the plastic bag codes... also and no answer who did it or who took the ****** goods from the parcel. Even the drivers are to lazy to get out of the vans to ring a bell, they sit in the van and hammer the hooter... and this happens everytime! Why is this international business in South Africa? You are responsable for delying business in my company and many other companies!
