Aramex South Africa no delivery and bad service

The service and integrity at Aramex South Africa is totally beyond shameful.

I had a parcel shipped to me 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it.

They keep calling me and claim that the parcel will be delivered. After that they told me to pick it up myself at their warehouse. What’s the point of offering courier services If a client pays and then you tell them to collect.

All the time when I seek to speak to a supervisor there is never anyone or leadership available.

When I track the parcel they always say “tried to deliver”. I provided 2 contact numbers and there has been no call barring a single call from their driver on WhatsApp. I called him back and he said he left. 2 weeks later still no delivery of my parcel.

There is no accountability, no honesty, no leadership.

I would never recommend anyone to use their courier service.

It is the worst I’ve ever experienced. This experience has totally tarnished their image for me.
