Aramex South Africa. Multinational hypocrites prying off small businesses

This is the absolute worst company ever. They don’t respond to emails, they send you from pillar to post and they feel no remorse for their inadequate service after losing my parcel and refusing to reimburse me for its contents.

It baffles me how they just let their employees walk out with our items and no one but the customer pays the penalty.

They also took seven months to contact me only after I emailed and called them everyday for three days!

I am absolutely appalled and I will never ever use Aramex South Africa again.
