Aramex South Africa late delivery and sending falsified emails.

Got myself something online. Finding out lastweek Friday already that I will be receiving it sometime this week. All was fine until no round about 5pm, after receiving a false email from Aramex to say my parcel is out for delivery today from 8am to 5pm. Whats apping them friendly as ever, to find out What is happening. The rudest woman ever "trying to assist me because assist was not the word" telling me no it was handed over to 3-5 day delivery even after I told her and showed her the proof that I got.

Wow. Will never even try to tell someone to use this worthless useless company. Not even 1 apology , 1 try to resolve it nothing. Just straightforward rude.
