Aramex Kimberly depo misplaced my parcel that was supposed to be delivered last week already, I have to go there and collect personally and a Lady by the name of Chanstay if correct has given me permission to go and collect and she confirmed that my parcel was there, only to find out that the parcel is not there they actually do not know where it is. After Making me wait for almost four hours while trying to check where my parcel was, a receptionist told me that the parcel is with the delivery driver whom was done working for a day, she promised me that they will go to Christiana where the driver was and collect my parcel then deliver it to me at home. That was their way of getting rid of me from their premises because soon when I left the depo she sent me a voice note saying that the driver changed the story and says he does not have my parcel. She sent me the number of the driver and said I must hear from him what he got to say at that time I have no deal or business with their driver I only needed my parcel and even drove 90km just to fetch it because it was delaying. The driver was very rude to me and said he doesn’t have my parcel and never has. He said I should speak with them at the depo and tell them to do their job properly and check where my parcel was. and he even said that they payed me. This is so pathetic they are playing mind games with people instead of pure professionalism. Even today no one knows where parcel is, and no one is accountable for it. What I know for sure I want my parcel
