Aramex South Africa - Johannesburg (Domestic & International : *** )

Called aramex on ********** - Opierce picked up the phone.

Was passed from pillar to post, call got answered no one said anything. Was transferred back to what I know is the Que and finally after 6 minutes of this - I got through to the Reception, whoever it was that answered and transferred me to Customer services was very impolite and rude- lol - this has to be the worst managed company in terms in of answering phones. I thought since it is a non state entity, they services would be better, but seems like they have a lot in common with our South African Postal Services. What a joke lol....
