Aramex South Africa is useless

I honestly feel like you deserve a minus zero rating as you are the most *********** service provider I have ever come across. I have exhausted all avenues trying to reach out to you. None of the communications channels you provided are helpful. I have been waiting for more parcel for over two weeks and all I get is system generated responses. I requested to be put through an agent, All this Tsholofelo person said was " Give me a moment while I look into this for you" and they never updated me. Yoh le useless shem.... We have to deal with loadshedding and your incompetence at the same time. South Africans deserve better.
