Aramex South Africa is trash

Highly disappointed in Aramex South Africa, my parcel was sent on the 29th of November 2024 an to this day it hasn't arrived. Called them twice already only to find out my details were captured wrong, rectified that and I was told delivery will be attempted on the 31st of December but nothing. Yesterday I called again only to be told my parcel is with a third party in Welkom. I am never going to use aramex services again I swear.
