Aramex South Africa is the worst courier services

I sent a parcel on the 18th October from Cape Town to Brits with overnight delivery. It has been 7 DAYS NOW the parcel has not been delivered. This is my second disappointing experience I have with Aramex... This company is the worst courier services in South Africa.
