ARAMEX SOUTH AFRICA is the WORST courier company!!!!

I bought an item online over a week ago and the store chose to use Aramex to deliver my parcel. Fast forward, today is 13th August 2024 and when tracking the parcel online, the last status showing is 📦System Administrative update 🗓️2024-08-09 08:29:00 📍South Africa NOTHING has been done since last week Friday. Their AI agents also take over 2 hours to respond to enquiries and when you decide to become busy with actual work, they come back to you and immediately end the conversation when take a mere 5 minutes to respond!!!!! extremely BAD service!!!!!
