Aramex South Africa is pathetic!

An overnight package was sent to me in the Johannesburg CBD on the 3rd of July 2020 and I still have not received it, 18 days later. I called the Aramex Johannesburg office more than 10 times already and the matter was "escalated" 3 times already. No one knows where the parcel is and I keep being sent from pillar to post. Their service is PATHETIC!!!! I do not understand how they are still operating in South Africa, especially because no one seems has good reviews about them.

I called again today and Dwayne from the Johannesburg office told me that the parcel is STILL at the Vanderbjilpark office. I decided to call the Vanderbjilpark office and Michelle told me that the parcel is no longer with them, but that it is in Johannesburg.

No one knows where my parcel is, and I spent a lot of money hoping that my order would be delivered to me withing 3 days as they had promised.

I have lost a lot of money and this experience has cost me a lot of customers as I had to refund them.
