Aramex South Africa is not a reliable courier service, go elsewhere.

Just a heads up, do not use Aramex through Pick n Pay to send parcels, especially parcels with anything remotely valuable in them. I sent a handheld GPS to my son who needs it for his conservation work through Aramex at our local Pick n Pay. The parcel was scanned into their Johannesburg warehouse, never to be seen again. A month later after calling at least twice a week to find out what was going on, no-one at Aramex could be bothered to update me, they said even though they had apparently checked their CCTV footage in the warehouse, they have no idea what happened to my parcel, and so sorry for me, but they take no responsibility for "losing" my parcel, and I say losing loosely, because it was obviously ******. There are so many more trustworthy and reliable courier services out there, rather go somewhere else and make sure your parcel arrives at it's destination and you have some recourse if it doesn't. I dealt with someone called Tebogo who was absolutely useless.
