Aramex South Africa is Extremely ***********

I ordered some device from China that was supposed to be delivered to me by Aramex South Africa. My shipment arrived in South Africa safely but for some reason Aramex South Africa decided to change my address to somebody else's. As a result my shipment was sent to a wrong person. What frustrates me most is that Aramex noticed that my parcel was sent to a wrong address on 10 Sep 2021 today it's the 17th but this is still unresolved. I don't get updates unless I call and I always speak to a different person. When I finally spoke to a new person she told me a driver did not go and collect my parcel yesterday because he had a lot of things to deliver. Today again they'll collect my parcel from the last address last. Obviously Aramex does not take me seriously since I've been on the queue since last week. And this is their mistake in the 1st place.
