Aramex South Africa is being ridiculous

Aramex is using imports of personal use items/south africans as cash ***s!! I placed an oder to an online store on the 28th of May 2020 and the parcel was sent/received by Aramex pon th 8th of June 2020 & I still havent receivedit.At first they told me it was held by customs for clearence & requested my invoice & prrof of payment which I sent & they requested that I pay R160 for inspection which I did.Over a month later I receive an invoice with charges of over R7000 (R7,986.85) this are made up of SARS penalty charges,disbursments,customs vat,duties and clearence fees. I do not understand why I have to pay this amount as the items in my parcel are personal use items & I paid less than R6000 for them inclusive of a gift voucher
