Aramex South Africa is a trash delivery service

I stay at a township in a small town called Elliot. I have an issue with Aramex courier service. The delivery guys always ask us to meet them in town which is a huge inconvenience. If our townships are not good enough for them to travel to, why accept our money in the first place. I am frustrated with this aramex service. They should state clearly to those companies we make orders to that they don't deliver in townships. What a horrible service from this company
