Aramex South Africa Has Let Me Down.

I purchased a product from China. My product arrived at Aramex South Africa a week ago and up till now I haven't received it. The first time I made a follow up they told me they had the incorrect address. I immediately gave them the correct one and they advised all was in order. The next day I called to check if all was indeed in order and they told me they still had the wrong one. And minnd you this is after holding on the phone for long minutes before your call goes through. The next day I waited and nothing came. Oh and when I would check online all it says is out for delivery but it never gets to me. I called the Friday again and they told me it was out for delivery. I messaged them on Twitter even. I have just messaged them on facebook. I had to wait for the long weekend to be over and today I called. The lady told me it was out for delivery. I then asked her if they had the correct details and the lady asked me to hold so she could check. I was on hold for 10 minutes and eventually they cut me off. I hoped they could call me back to give me feedback but they didn't. I still haven't received my parcel and my patience has now run out. The other day I even offered to collect it myself but they didnt let me do that. I even emailed their guys but still NOTHING.
