Aramex is such a horrible service provider . I paid for express shipping for goods from China and when they arrived they were sitting at their head office for 7 days + and when I called them and texted them on WhatsApp they would give me the same excuse everyday that my address was incomplete ( which is a lie) then I show them screenshots of me sending them my full address with my unit number and they apologise saying they will arrange urgent delivery and someone will be in contact soon yet nobody contacts me and my goods are still not delivered till this day. This is the 3rd weekend my goods have not been delivered, I am completely disgusted by this company and it seems like this is their norm because I shared this on my instagram and my followers shared their horrific stories with this horrible service provider. I want my goods.
