Aramex South Africa Drop Box Service unintegrous and unaccountible.

I have been using the store-to-door service of Aramex. Last Friday I dropped off my parcel before the 3pm cut off and this monday I find that the parcel can not be tracked. Their service is quite clear that delivery is the next working day before 12pm in main centres. I called Aramex and was given a whole load of twaddle that the pick up is now 2pm (despite the fact it actually says 3pm on the drop box and the sleeve. The customer consultant back tracked and said that she was just relaying the information given to her by her manager. This company does not deliver as advertised! They used to advertise that they would deliver by 10am the next working day. Then they changed it to 12pm and now - you will be lucky if they deliver before 3pm! The tracking often does not work at all - so you have to call the customers to see if they have the parcel. If you have any issues, Aramex is Un-integrous and unaccountable. They make promises and don't follow through - the hassle is not worth the R100!
