Aramex South Africa down the drain all of a sudden.

Have a parcel that arrived in country on the 30th of March 2022 at customs, then into "Shipment arrived at Aramex destination facility - will be updated once ready for collection/delivery" and then on 4th March 2022 it goes to "Shipment moved to storage facility", and 17Track gives last location as " O.R Tambo International Airport,South Africa, On Hold - Operations Facility". Now the "Submit Support Request" does not want to take my phone number.

I must say, very disappointing as I have had great experiences in the past with Aramex, not sure what has happened to them.
