Aramex South Africa

I had to give one star, however they deserve no stars at all. I am very disappointed and very angry at this moment. I sent a trophy as well as a certificate from Brakpan to Krugersdorp and the trophy arrived in pieces and the certificate was crumpled. The trophy was bubble wrapped and the certificate was placed in an envelope as well before it was placed in the Aramex bag.

I specifically instructed them to handle it with care and not to fold the parcel. It is however evident that this was not adhered to. It looks like it was thrown around. I have now lost money due to this.

I will never ever again use their services and will not recommend Aramex to anyone.
