Aramex South Africa are *******

Aramex South Africa have essentially ****** my parcel and are refusing to even engage with me on it. Their response is basically we 'lost' (which I am not believing for a second) your package so sorry but we won't do anything about it at all. Their customer service is non existent and they truly do not care at all. I highly recommend that no one ever uses their service ever.
