Had such a horrible experience today with a package that was to be delivered to me. The driver by the name of Sbusiso gave me a call and said he cannot find my house address which was a shock to me because he had the accurate address and I've had many drivers delivering packages to the very same address from other companies. After making an arrangement with him to send for someone to collect the package where he was parking he had already left and this was under 5 minutes of me telling him that I've sent someone to collect the package. When I gave him a call he said I took too long and that's why he left, he didn't even have the decency to call and say he is leaving. When I told him I'll report him to his bosses he said I should do it quick because he doesn't care, such a horrible experience!!!! The number he called me on was ***
