Communication is very poor, Today I received a call that my parcel is going to be delivered to the nearest Police station, that was at 15:08, the time is now 17:00 and I have not received any other call to let me know if I should go to the nearest Police Station to collect the parcel or not, I have never been so confused in my life, whether my parcel is being delivered today or not I have not received any further communication from them. Horrible customer service.

11 Mar 2025, 08:38Update on my delivery. So if I track my parcel today it's says that yesterday they attempted delivery I was not available or I rescheduled my delivery, please tell me when was this? As the time shown is 17:44, please stop with the lies and besides who does delivery at this time, according to my understanding businesses are closed at this time already. This is very disappointing and poor.
