I placed an order with Zara for clothing items. The goods were collected from Aramex on 3 July 2020 and taken to to their Durban branch. Between 3rd and 17th July 2020, I still did not receive the delivery despite numerous correspondence to Zara requesting feedback on the delivery. I was provided with excuses that there is a delay. I then decided to personally visit the Aramex Durban branch where I was advised that my order was missing. Had I not visited the branch to find out what was going on, Aramex would not have done anything. Clearly they stuffed up. I requested an urgent investigation report, and I still have not received anything. Aramex is ****** useless. I wouldn't recommend using thier courier services given thier lack of efficiency and transparency.
