ARAMEX SOUTH AFRICA - 2 weeks later: NO delivery and calls NOT answered

I have been waiting from a delivery from Rustenburg since 19 June 2020 and it has not been delivery.

I have been trying to call them for collection or delivery but no success. This is an awful awful experience and these are health products that I have not received.
