Aramex South Africa

After waiting a month for the delivery of my parcel i try tracking my parcel on their website. It shows delivery were made but i was unavailable. Which is a pathetic excuse as im home 24/7 and get all my shopping delivered home. I contact them and being told to collect the parcel at their premises as it is marked as a **** parcel. Aramex please ask your drivers to contact the customers before delivery as all courier company’s do so that they dont have to lie about why it wasnt delivered
