Aramex Soputh Africa terrible service.

So my partner goes to Aramex to courier me an urgent package which was to be delivered overnight to Centurion from Johannesburg. This was this week Monday, 18 May 2020 and I expected receiving the package on 19 May 2020. This didn't happen and I called them on the 19th May 2020 and was advised this will be done the following day which was the 20th May 2020. Today, 21 May 2020 I still haven't received my package and when I called, they made me hold for about 40plus minutes while trying to get hold of the third party agent and supervisor. Its now 15h40, 21 May 2020 and no one has even bothered to call me and not even the supervisor after being promised he will call. they put me on hold for that plus 40 minutes everytime I call their jhb office. this is my worst experience I ever encountered with any courier company. there is no overnight delivery its just a false marketing strategy. I will advise people to not even consider this company whenever you want to do your courier overnights.
