Aramex sold my parcel

On 27 November 2024 I purchased a aramex domestic sleeve from pnp traderoute mall.and filled an online WAYBILL then dropped it at the very same store I bought it from . My parcel was destined to Durban but it never made it to Durban instead it went to Capetownon the 1st of December 2024 When I call aramex theykeep on saying my lost parcel is being traced, my matter has not been solved now . My reciever wants her parcel that has been lost by aramex .
