ARAMEX SNAIL SERVICE

paid over R500 for a tiny package to be delivered express. it is now over 1 month and my package has not been delivered. Aramex says its at customs, but seem to be doing nothing to ensure i receive my goods. i have made many calls, been refered from one agent to the next, i have been sent from pillar to post, spending an hour a day on calls, to no avail. poorest express service i have ever received, having been an Aramex client for 6 years. Just by the way, Other Express companies i.e DHL, UPS are clearing items through customs with no excuses, and on time.
