Aramex should be out of business!

My parcel arrived in South Africa two weeks ago (21 Jul) and has just been sitting with Aramex since then with no movement. It wasn't only until I hounded them that they had the thought to move it through customs. I have been waiting for over a week now to get customs clearance and I'm constantly being told things will take 72 hours but they never do. I mean how ****ing hard is it to generate and send out an invoice! Aramex is totally ***********. I sincerely hope you go out of business one day. YOU SUCK!!!!
