Aramex shocking service , no support , extreme arrogance

I had a query about a parcel from amazon.com to check that everything was on track . I tried to call aramex . The phone just rings and nobody answers . I tried the the entire week to get through to them and eventually sent an email to which I have still not received a response.

They then attempted to deliver my parcel and sent an email via amazon to say that the address is incorrect . This is absolute nonsense as the address is 100 percent correct. I tried again to call them this morning and of course nobody answered.

I did however have to listen repeatedly to the message on the phone bragging about how they want to delight us and that our parcel has never been in safer hands

What nonsense . I am surprised that any company can survive with such arrogance and stupidity .. my word this is the worst service I have ever had from any business ever .
